FedEx Express Spain, S.L.U. busca incorporar a un/a Ramp Handler para un replacement en la plataforma de ramp. Se trabajará en equipo para colocar los paquetes urgentes en su destino a tiempo, con entrenamiento inicial y oportunidades de desarrollo.

La posición implica carga/descarga de aeronaves y vehículos, traslado de mercancía por la rampa y cumplimiento de normas de seguridad. Se requiere licencia de conducir vigente.

Formación

• Se requiere capacidad para trabajar en equipo y seguir entrenamientos establecidos.
• Capacidad de comunicarse claramente con el equipo y superiores.
• Atención al detalle y rapidez para tomar decisiones precisas.
• Poseer licencia de conducir vigente para operar vehículos en el área de rampas.

Responsabilidades

• Ayudar al equipo de operaciones a entregar paquetes urgentes a tiempo.
• Operar carga y descarga de aeronaves y vehículos de FedEx.
• Scanear y trasladar paquetes por la rampa y dentro de las instalaciones.
• Seguir prácticas seguras alrededor de aeronaves y equipo de ground support.
• Conducir y/o operar equipos ligeros con licencia válida cuando corresponda.

What you will be doing:

• Helping the operations team to get customers' urgent packages to the right place, on time
• Loading and unloading FedEx aircrafts and vehicles
• Scanning and transporting packages and freight to and from the ramp and within the facility
• Following established working practices and procedures to ensure safe working environment around the aircraft
• Operating ground support equipment -- tugs, belts, and hi-loaders, therefore having a driving license is important for this role
