ATEXIS is recruiting a Base Maintenance Log Coordinator (Production Control) to support MRO activities in Brussels. The role focuses on on-site material control for base maintenance events, planning review, stock management, and ensuring timely availability of parts.

The candidate will coordinate AGE management, align with the MSSR and warehouse, and work with Aircraft Manager and Foreman. English fluency is required; international collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in logistics or production control.
• 3 years of experience in supply chain and materiel management in an aeronautical operations environment.
• Experience in maintenance on an aeronautical MRO environment is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Control and manage materials on site for base maintenance events, including planning checks, materials needs, stocks, and due dates.
• Check findings on Airnav/ manuals to determine material requests or ages to request.
• Coordinate AGE management with the AGE manager.
• Coordinate between MSSR and the warehouse to dispatch materials on time for events.
• Coordinate with Aircraft Manager and Foreman for weekly material needs.
• Provide deputy support where needed and delegate tasks in absence of Foreman/ Aircraft Manager.
• Monitor personnel needs for PPIs and oversee them.
• Collaborate with external company in an international environment across departments and suppliers.

We are looking for a Base Maintenance Log Coordinator (Production Control) to join our team inBrussels.

1. Controlling and managing the materials on site for base maintenance events. New requests, checking of the planning and revising the material needs, stocks, due dates etc...

2. Checking findings. (Checking of the material on Airnav (All manuals) to be sure what material to request or what Age to request)

3. AGE management coordination with the AGE manager.

4. Coordination between MSSR and the warehouse to dispatch the materials on time for the event.

5. Coordination with Aircraft Manager and Foreman for the material needs for the weekly planning.

6. As foreseen it is a small team, some tasks could be delegated from the Foreman and the Aircraft Manager as deputy in their absence.

7. Control of personnel, checking the needs for PPIs and controlling them.

8. Big teamwork skills, being able to work with an external company in an international environment with different departments and companies

The purpose of this position is to provide the support of a specialist in Log coordination (or Production control) which will assist the MRO team during the Base maintenance activities (BE C-Heavy inspections), embedded within the Customer and supplier approved as BMAR 145 maintenance organization.
