Ryanair Engineering seeks a Heavy Maintenance Technical Representative to oversee base maintenance inputs across Europe, including Boeing/Airbus fleet types. The role requires travel to 3rd party MRO sites and will be based remotely with time spent at UK, Europe and overseas locations.

Strong EASA Part 66/ CAMO/145 expertise is essential. Ideal candidates have extensive airline/MRO experience, type-rating, and proficiency with technical manuals.

Formación

• Experience in airline engineering or MRO operations.
• Strong knowledge of EASA Part CAMO and Part 145 regulations.
• Familiarity with Boeing/Airbus technical manuals for on-wing maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Verify that planning and technical services produce complete work packages within set timeframes.
• Lead pre-input readiness reviews with stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of MRO compliance with quality, safety, regulatory and Ryanair requirements.
• Act as technical liaison between MRO and Ryanair functions to resolve issues.
• Provide technical support on Ryanair maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and coordinate on-site Ryanair team to support safe and timely maintenance inputs.
• Monitor progress and optimize resources to minimize disruption to operations.
• Manage defects, delays and AOG events to return aircraft to service.
• Maintain commercial oversight of base maintenance inputs and costs.

EASA B1/B2 licensed

Type rated Certifying Engineer

MRO base maintenance experience
