Sanofi is seeking a Lead for People Analytics & Reporting to guide a high-impact function bridging technology and business intelligence. You will oversee Visier analytics, directly lead Qualtrics experience analytics and Workday reporting teams, and advance the Workday reporting ecosystem with emerging capabilities.
You'll translate complex business needs into actionable insights across people and experience data, while setting strategic direction for a team of specialists.
Formación
- Academic background in HR analytics, data science, or related fields.
- 7+ years in people analytics, HR reporting, or BI.
- 3+ years leading technical or analytics teams.
- Experience with enterprise integrations and cloud data warehouses.
- Workday Report Writer certification is REQUIRED.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop Visier, Qualtrics, and Workday reporting capabilities.
- Design reporting framework and tool selection criteria.
- Translate business needs into technical specs for analytics platforms.
- Oversee data integration between Workday and external platforms.
- Stay aligned with Workday roadmap and emerging capabilities.
- Cultivate advanced reporting, dashboards, and survey design.
