Cross Border Talents in Barcelona seeks a Sales Marketing Consultant to advise Norwegian clients on optimizing digital campaigns and upsell Google products. You will work to meet individual sales targets within a dynamic team and shape results across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The role combines marketing strategy with data-driven insights, offering intensive Google ads training, relocation support and a clear career path within a global contact center environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Native level of Norwegian.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• +1 year experience in advertising, PPC campaigns or sales.
• A team player with leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Passionate about marketing, technology and online advertising, with a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Advise on optimization based on analyzed data.
• Consult SMEs with strong marketing strategies and upsell Google products.
• Work toward individual sales targets within a larger sales team.
• Help grow the client base across EMEA.
