Mauri, part of the George Weston Foods Group, invites two Packing/Warehouse Operators to join the new Ballarat site. The permanent full-time roles begin with commissioning, training on FAWEMA equipment, and a transition to permanent Warehouse Operator duties as operations stabilise.

You’ll receive full training, work on a rotating roster during commissioning, and help build a scalable, safety-focused culture at the Ballarat site.

Formación

• Frontline experience in warehouse, dispatch or logistics.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Comfortable learning automated systems.
• Detail-oriented with safety-conscious mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor automated bagging and packing line equipment (during commissioning).
• Perform quality and weight checks to meet specifications.
• Respond to line alarms and minor faults, escalating as needed.
• Maintain accurate production and downtime records.
• Cross-train in warehouse operations alongside packing duties.
