Job summary

Infoser Technological solutions, Hardware, Big Data Experts is seeking an experienced Database Developer to design, implement, and optimize robust PostgreSQL-based data stores. You will build scalable schemas, develop complex SQL, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with backend teams.

This role focuses on creating REST APIs with Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript, writing automated tests with Jest, and tuning performance in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Database Developer.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining relational database schemas.
• Experience with database performance tuning and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Experience analyzing and troubleshooting data integrity issues.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience building REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience writing automated unit tests, preferably with Jest.
• Solid experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Basic knowledge of backend application development and API/database integrations.
• Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective database solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient English, both written and spoken.
