We’re looking for a B2C Ecommerce Creative Strategist to join our growing Creative Team and help us bring high performing ad ideas to life across all our brands. Your mission is to turn insights, research, and trends into breakthrough creative strategies and concepts that drive customer acquisition and revenue. You’ll act as the strategic glue between paid media, production, and post production teams leading ideation, writing compelling scripts and briefs, and guiding the creative process from idea to ad launch.

This is not just about making ads that look good, it’s about making ads that sell. You’ll dive deep into audience psychology, emerging trends on platforms like TikTok and Meta, and data from past campaigns to develop ads that convert. If you live at the intersection of creativity and performance, and can blend storytelling with systematic testing, you’ll feel right at home here.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 2+ years of experience in one of the following roles : producing direct response ads, copywriting, art direction, video editing, paid media management, or content creation within e-commerce.
  • AI understanding and tools exploration
  • A deep understanding of what drives sales on paid social advertising
  • Knowing how ecommerce businesses works and how they generate revenue
  • Proficiency in copywriting for short and long-form direct response
  • Ability to clearly articulate creative concepts through written, verbal and visual communication
  • Knowledge of production and post production processes
  • A basis level of data analysis and an ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Understanding research methods and tools that can be used for understanding consumers and generating ad concepts
  • A basic understanding of how media buying works on Meta and Tiktok
  • A strategic creative : You think conceptually and can develop ideas that align with both brand identity and performance goals.
  • Consumer obsessed : You dig deep into what makes different customer personas tick and tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Data informed : You can turn performance numbers into actionable creative insights.
  • A digital native : You stay on top of trends across TikTok, IG, Meta, and YouTube Shorts and instinctively know what formats work where.
  • Resourceful and fast-moving : You know how to scale production efficiently and adapt templates without sacrificing originality.
  • Collaborative : You enjoy working across disciplines : whether it's with media buyers, editors, or creative teammates, and understand how to give clear, effective feedback.
  • A self starter : You own your creative output and can push projects forward independently while staying aligned with broader team goals.
  • Detail oriented : You keep messaging consistent, assets on brand, and creative deliverables polished and purposeful.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Research audience demographics, behavior, and pain points to uncover insights that inform ad angles.
  • Stay up to date with trends, platform changes, and best practices for performance creative.
  • Conduct competitive audits and trend mining to identify emerging ad formats and messaging techniques.
  • Build and maintain a client intelligence hub with audience research, messaging strategies, and performance insights.
  • Lead and contribute to structured brainstorming sessions to extract creative angles and hooks.
  • Turn audience insights and platform trends into testable creative concepts.
  • Develop creative testing frameworks that allow for rapid iteration and learning.
  • Tailor ideas to fit a range of formats including static, carousel, short form video, UGC, and more.
  • Write compelling ad copy, UGC scripts, and creator briefs that align with performance goals.
  • Apply direct response frameworks to craft messaging that grabs attention and drives action.
  • Balance templated messaging systems with original, brand specific executions.
  • Ensure briefs are clear, concise, and set up creators and editors for success.
  • Own weekly creative planning and sprint outputs across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with UGC creators, in house production teams, and post production editors.
  • Provide clear feedback to ensure assets meet quality standards and deliver on strategy.
  • Balance creative output with production costs and budget constraints, optimizing for scale and impact.
  • Use tools like Monday.com, Notion, and Drive to manage creative workflows and timelines.
  • Analyze ad level data to understand what’s working and why.
  • Lead post mortem reviews and build learning repositories with winning angles, formats, and hooks.
  • Create performance reports and share insights internally and with clients.
  • Run internal Creative Workshops to share frameworks, winning concepts, and new tools.
