BlueView Talent in Madrid seeks a driven B2B Outbound Sales professional to identify and close opportunities with tech clients. You will prospect, qualify, and guide buyers through the sales journey, building trusted relationships with decision-makers.

Fluency in Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2) is required, along with EU eligibility. The role offers a hybrid work setup, relocation support, and a competitive salary with performance bonuses.

Formación

• Polish language (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients and generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify customers' needs and recommend products aligned with objectives.
• Qualify leads and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Engage with decision-makers, handle objections, and communicate value.
• Schedule meetings, product demos, or follow-ups with qualified prospects.
• Manage the sales journey from lead to closing and follow-up.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions, activities, and pipeline progress.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
