Formación
- Extensive experience leading people, capabilities, or technical communities.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Platform, cloud engineering, DevOps, IaC.
- Experience with Generative AI and AI-assisted engineering.
- Ability to translate demand into talent and capability actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Iberia.
Responsabilidades
- Own the people and capability agenda for the Azure Platform Practice in Iberia.
- Translate market demand into build, hire, borrow, and deploy actions.
- Manage chargeability, staffing availability, and risk.
- Partner with sales, solutioning, and delivery for capability readiness.
- Promote Generative AI adoption across Azure Platform.
