SGS is seeking a Cloud Network Engineer to serve as the technical anchor for global cloud networking services across the Azure environment. You will bridge architectural design with hands-on operations, supporting a distributed IT Production team that delivers secure, scalable network services worldwide.

As Level 3 escalation expert, you will drive continuous improvement in cloud networking, security governance, and hybrid connectivity, collaborating with regional teams and global stakeholders

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience in Azure Cloud Networking in large-scale environments.
• Strong proficiency in cloud and hybrid network architectures including Azure hub/spoke, Virtual WAN, routing, BGP, DNS, network security, and Zero Trust.
• Experience integrating Azure with on-premises environments.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform or Bicep).
• Experience working in engineering or NOC/SOC operational environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English and experience working with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and continually improve SGS’s global cloud network services for performance and reliability.
• Act as the focal point for Cloud Network Engineering and collaborate across IT teams and regions.
• Support the global cloud network strategy and onboarding of key initiatives into operations.
• Design, deploy, and operate Azure networking services (VNets, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, App Gateway/WAF, Private Endpoints, Virtual WAN).
• Evaluate modern cloud-native networking technologies to enhance performance and architecture.
• Provide L3 support for cloud and hybrid network incidents, driving resolutions with service providers.
• Collaborate with security, engineering, and integration teams to strengthen connectivity.
• Support Change/Problem/Incident Management and participate in governance and planning.
• Build relationships across teams and uphold SGS’s Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
