Job summary

PSD Group is seeking two mid-level QA Engineers / Solution Testers to validate the quality and effectiveness of an aviation disruption management solution in complex real-world scenarios. You will work with engineering, optimisation and delivery teams to ensure accurate outputs and robust test coverage across live disruptions and replays.

Ideal candidates have experience in QA or solution testing, strong analytical skills, and comfort working with large datasets (Excel, SQL, Python).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design and execute structured test plans and cases.
• Experience validating complex, data-driven technology solutions.
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Review aircraft, crew and passenger recovery scenarios across live and simulated disruptions.
• Assess outputs for accuracy, feasibility and alignment with business rules.
• Validate alerts and schedules and verify configurations during customer implementations.
• Document defects clearly and reproduce issues for engineering and delivery teams.
• Build a library of test scenarios for future releases and airline deployments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Optimisation and Delivery teams to validate fixes.
