Job summary

Impress in Madrid is seeking French native speakers to join our Production Hub office on a full-time basis. You will recruit doctors, invite them to market research studies, and manage their participation as part of a multinational team.

Fluency in French is required, good English for trainings, strong attention to detail and excellent phone and email communication. Prior experience with multinational environments is a plus; translation tasks may be involved.

What to expect

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
