Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruitment specialist to build a panel of doctors for market research studies in our Madrid hub. You will engage doctors and maintain relationships during recruitment and follow-up conversations about questionnaire completion.

The role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will work with a multinational team, with trainings and internal communications conducted in English.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

We are recruiting an awesome team of French Native speakers to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office! Diversity is our way of life! Your primary focus will be to build up a solid and stable pool of doctors into a panel. Doctors on the panel need to engage to participate regularly in our market research studies. You will establish a trustful relationship with the participants during recruitment and during follow up conversations about the status of their questionnaires completion. You will maintain the information about the Healthcare Professionals updated and assist them when queries arise. If you want to play a key role in a diverse, dynamic and committed team this could be the role for you!
