IQVIA is looking for a French-native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub as a recruiter for doctors participating in market research studies. You will build a stable panel, engage doctors, and maintain relationships during recruitment and follow-up conversations about questionnaires.

You will contact doctors by phone and email to invite them to studies, drive participation, and support queries. Fluency in French and good English are essential.

Qualificações

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.

Position Purpose:

We are recruiting an awesome team of French Native speakers to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office! Diversity is our way of life!

Your primary focus will be to build up a solid and stable pool of doctors into a panel. Doctors on the panel need to engage to participate regularly in our market research studies. You will establish a trustful relationship with the participants during recruitment and during follow up conversations about the status of their questionnaires completion. You will maintain the information about the Healthcare Professionals updated and assist them when queries arise.
