Job summary

Ajuntament De Girona is seeking a motivated French-speaking professional to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, manage their engagement, and drive participation in market research studies across a multinational environment.

The ideal candidate is a native French speaker with good English, exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills by phone and email, and solid organizational abilities. Training and collaboration across teams are part of this role.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks: documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.
