IQVIA is seeking a motivated team member to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors for market research studies, engage them, and maintain relationships to ensure ongoing questionnaire completion and participation.

We welcome French native speakers with good English, excellent communication and analytical skills, and attention to detail. Experience in multinational corporations is a plus; the role offers a dynamic, diverse team and global collaboration.

Position Purpose:

We are recruiting an awesome team of French Native speakers to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office! Diversity is our way of life! Your primary focus will be to build up a solid and stable pool of doctors into a panel. Doctors on the panel need to engage to participate regularly in our market research studies. You will establish a trustful relationship with the participants during recruitment and during follow up conversations about the status of their questionnaires completion. You will maintain the information about the Healthcare Professionals updated and assist them when queries arise. If you want to play a key role in a diverse, dynamic and committed team this could be the role for you!

What to expect:

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements:

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
