We are seeking a motivated Assistant to join our luxury DMC team at TempoVIP in Madrid. This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career in tourism and travel, with a focus on supporting and learning about supplier relationships while gaining firsthand insight into the luxury travel industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support supplier and partner relationships, including gathering updates and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of suppliers, agreements, and performance.
  • Assist in updating preferred supplier lists.
  • Coordinate communications between suppliers and internal teams.
  • Support the Reservations and Operations departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Based in Madrid, Spain.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • A valid university agreement (convenium) is required.
  • Passion for travel, luxury experiences, and learning about supplier relationships.
  • Willingness to develop strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or supplier management is a plus but not required.
