Cognizant in Spain seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Operator Supervisor (AVOS Team Lead) to oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure safe, efficient autonomous vehicle services. You will coordinate staff, monitor performance, and uphold procedures under the General Manager.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Formación

• Experience in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance and support to field staff to ensure high standards of operational performance, customer service, and safety.
• Manage operator check‑in processes, including schedule readiness, completion of daily checklists, and daily task assignments.
• Monitor operational performance and coordinate schedule adjustments to support service efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to established procedures, operational guidelines, and safety requirements.
• Identify and address safety concerns, escalating issues and implementing corrective actions as appropriate.
• Coordinate and monitor break schedules to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and operational needs.
• Support dispatch operations, including coordination of accessibility‑related service requests.
• Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and performance discussions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on routine operational matters.
• Support site operations under the direction of the General Manager and Operations leadership team.
• Participate in performance management and employee relations processes as required.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
