Eurofins in Barcelona is seeking an Automation & RPA Engineer to transform and automate internal IT and business processes across Europe. You will focus on process optimization, automation delivery, and future AI enablement within a globally distributed team.

Based in Barcelona, you will identify opportunities, develop RPA workflows using Power Automate, Python and PowerShell, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions while advancing AI initiatives.

Formación

• ~2–6 years of experience in automation / RPA / scripting / process improvement.
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as: Power Automate / RPA tools, Python, PowerShell or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Good communication skills in English and ability to work in an international team.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and implement automation opportunities across IT and business processes.
• Develop RPA workflows, scripts, and automations (e.g. Power Automate, Python, PowerShell).
• Automate repetitive activities such as reporting, data handling, and IT support processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver practical solutions.
• Contribute to AI-driven initiatives and continuously improve and scale automation solutions.
