360 Zolutions is seeking an Automation and PLC Technician to advance our PLC systems and support Industry 4.0 initiatives. The role focuses on improving energy efficiency, device integration, and data availability across customer sites.

You will work with state-of-the-art technology to deliver highly automated solutions, remote access capabilities, and robust control architectures in a fast-growing environment. Based in Culleredo, A Coruña, Spain.

Formación

• Very good PLC programming knowledge (including remote connections).
• Knowledge of industrial robotics programming.
• Electrical, mechanical or pneumatic knowledge.
• Knowledge of mobile application programming.
• Experience with ISO 16985, EN 60204, ISO 13849, Machinery Regulation 2023/1230.

Would you like to become part of an international team and take PLC programming to the next level? Do you have knowledge and experience in developing, customising and implementing PLC systems?

At 360 Zolutions, we are looking for an Automation and PLC Technician who is willing to improve our final product and has a strong interest in Industry 4.0. If you are interested in being responsible for the PLC software in our projects, this position is made for you. We use state‑of‑the‑art technology to give our customers highly automated solutions, integrated services, and we are oriented towards the integration of robotics. You will ensure functionality and data availability through remote access connections for our customers, but you will also improve the current PLC systems to always achieve the best energy efficiency and performance for our customer

An international company, with more than 15 years of experience dedicated to the analysis, design, manufacturing, and implementation of installations worldwide. What are going to be your responsibilities?

• PLC programming (Siemens, Schneider, ABB, …)
• GUI design
• Integration of all equipment for proper operation
• Maintenance and improvement of the main control architecture
• Robot programming

Position main tasks:

• Installation and commissioning (develop, run, optimise and verify offline and online)
• Fulfil customer requirements
• Carry out adjustments requested by the customer
• Design of industrial control panels
• Documentation of PLC controls
• Troubleshooting and 2nd-level aftersales customer support

What valuable skills and knowledge are required for this position?

• Very good knowledge of PLC programming (including remote connections)
• Knowledge of industrial robotics programming
• Electrical, mechanical or pneumatic knowledge
• Knowledge of mobile application programming
• Experience working with the standards ISO 16985, EN 60204, ISO 13849 and Machinery Regulation 2023/1230
• Ability to develop in new contexts
• Organised person with a high commitment to teamwork and proactive communication
• Agile and flexible mindset, with a strong commitment to continuous learning in a fast‑growing environment
• Autonomy and initiative
• Spanish and English (minimum B2) are required, and knowledge of other languages is highly valued (German, Swedish, Italian, French)
• Availability to travel

¿Cuáles serán sus responsabilidades?

• Programación de PLC (Siemens, Schneider)
• Diseño de GUI
• Integración de todos los equipos para su correcto funcionamiento
• Mantenimiento y mejora de la arquitectura de los controles principales
• Programación de robots

Tareas principales del puesto:

• Puesta en marcha de la instalación (desarrollar, ejecutar, optimizar y verificar offline y online)
• Cumplir los requisitos del cliente
• Realización de ajustes solicitados por el cliente
• Diseño de cuadros de control industriales
• Documentación de controles PLC
• Resolución de incidencias y soporte postventa al cliente de 2º nivel

¿Cuáles son las aptitudes y conocimientos necesarios para este puesto?

• Muy buenos conocimientos de programación de PLC (incluidas las conexiones remotas)
• Conocimientos de programación de robótica industrial
• Conocimientos eléctricos, mecánicos o neumáticos
• Conocimientos de programación de aplicaciones móviles
• Experiencia en el trabajo con la norma ISO 16985, EN 60204, ISO 13849, Reglamento de máquinas 2023/1230
• Capacidad para desarrollarse en nuevos contextos
• Persona organizada con alto compromiso de trabajo en equipo y con una comunicación proactiva
• Mentalidad ágil y flexible con un alto compromiso de aprendizaje continuo en un entorno de rápido crecimiento
• Autonomía e iniciativa
• Idiomas: español e inglés (mínimo B2) requeridos, conocimientos de otros idiomas (alemán, sueco, italiano, francés) son altamente valorados
