QIMA is seeking a QA Auditor in Valencia, Spain to evaluate supplier sites against labor rights, health and safety, and environmental standards. You will compile detailed audit reports and support client meetings to tailor quality procedures.

A strong background in QHSE audits and fluency in Spanish and English are required. The role emphasizes integrity and clear reporting, with opportunities to contribute to improvements in ongoing operations across consumer products, food, and life sciences

Formación

  • Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or related major.
  • Master's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience conducting QHSE and social audits.
  • SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months is a plus.
  • Good command of Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

  • Audit the manufacturing sites of our clients’ suppliers, sometimes without warning. Areas of attention include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and others per international standards or client procedures.
  • Record all findings in detailed reports, to be delivered to the client.
  • Provide expertise in client meetings to create custom quality control procedures based on client requirements.
  • Contribute ideas for improving the quality of our Operations projects.

Job Description

You will be expected to:

  • Audit the manufacturing sites of our clients’ suppliers, sometimes without warning. Your areas of attention will include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and others, according to the applicable international standard or the client’s in-house procedure
  • Be alert to any violations, staying vigilant when dealing with factory management, and recording all your findings in detailed reports, to be delivered to the client
  • Approach your job with utmost integrity, as your conduct during an audit can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and our clients

We may also request you to:

  • Provide your expertise in client meetings, to create custom quality control procedures based on their specific requirements
  • Contribute your ideas for improving the quality of our Operations projects
Qualifications

It could be you, if you have:

  • A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related major.
  • A Master's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience conducting QHSE and social audits.
  • SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months is a plus
  • Good command of Spanish and English (spoken and written)
