About the Role

The Associate Solutions Consultant will be responsible for leading and project managing client migrations from legacy PR monitoring platforms to the Launchmetrics platform, with a commitment through mid-2027. This one‑year fixed‑term contract has the potential for a permanent position based on performance and business needs. The role sits within the Solutions Consulting team, working closely with internal Product, Sales, and Post‑Sales teams while maintaining a direct, strong relationship with customers throughout every stage of the migration journey.

What You’ll Do

Migration Leadership

• Own and oversee end‑to‑end project execution of client migrations from our legacy PR monitoring platforms to the Launchmetrics tools, ensuring delivery before agreed customer due dates.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, goals, and timelines, and translate these into clear migration plans.
• Monitor project progress, proactively flagging risks and coordinating with all relevant teams to keep migrations on track.

Migration Execution, Training & Adoption

• Execute migration activities, including platform setup, testing, validation, and go‑live preparation to ensure migration requirements and business objectives are met.
• Develop and deliver customer training sessions tailored to different user groups, use cases, and levels of platform maturity.
• Coordinate training schedules and stakeholder participation across global customer teams.
• Support customers through go‑live and early adoption, ensuring users are confident and able to effectively leverage the platform.
• Partner with customers to address questions, resolve issues, and drive a successful transition to the new platform.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

• Act as the key liaison between Product, Sales and Post‑Sales teams throughout each migration.
• Facilitate alignment across internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless handover and a consistent customer experience.
• Organise and lead cross‑functional meetings, follow‑ups, and status updates related to ongoing migrations.

Customer Engagement

• Build trusted relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact for migration‑related queries and communications.
• Work alongside technical teams to design and implement tailored solutions that address each customer’s specific requirements.
• Ensure customers feel supported and informed at every step, from scoping through to go‑live.

Data & Reporting

• Adopt a data‑driven approach to track migration KPIs, project timelines, and customer outcomes.
• Contribute to internal reporting and feedback loops that help improve the migration process over time.
• Identify patterns and insights from migration data to proactively improve delivery quality with the Brand Insights team.

About You

• Experience in project management, customer success, solutions consulting, or a related client‑facing role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different teams and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to coordinate across cross‑functional teams and drive alignment towards shared goals.
• A customer‑first mindset with a genuine desire to deliver value and ensure a positive experience.
• Comfortable working with data to track progress and make informed decisions.
• Fluent in English.

Extra Credit

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, media monitoring, or PR/communications tools.
• Experience working in or alongside Fashion, Lifestyle, or Beauty industries.
• Experience with migration or onboarding projects in a B2B environment.
• Knowledge of Italian, French and/or Spanish.
