Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Project Planner to support sponsor-dedicated models with ICON’s global expertise and to contribute to the development of treatments that benefit patients worldwide.

As an Associate Project Manager, you will help coordinate clinical trials, participate in study design, data collection, and regulatory submissions, and ensure milestones are met through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Travel approximately 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare‑related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or project management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 10%).
