Almirall, S.A. in Spain seeks Associate Director Global Medical Excellence to align strategies and drive flawless execution of medical plans for the Derma franchise within Global Medical Affairs.

You will coordinate priorities, strengthen global collaboration, and build capabilities to deliver high-quality medical outcomes across functions. The role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of working across countries.

Formación

• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or life sciences with relevant clinical exposure.
• Minimum 5+ years in Medical Affairs, Medical Excellence, or MSL management.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach scientific/medical colleagues.
• Fluent written and spoken English (advanced).
• Experience managing international, diverse teams preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement the GMA Medical Excellence strategy and operating framework across Derma.
• Ensure Medical Excellence across teams to deliver global medical strategies.
• Align goals for the Derma franchise across GMA for consistency and collaboration.
• Lead/co-create medical strategies with autonomous initiatives.
• Support Field Medical Excellence with a high-performing MSL model (training, KPIs).
• Lead capability-building and upskilling initiatives for in-field teams (MSLs).
• Drive digital transformation in medical affairs and define tactical plans.
• Ensure flawless medical execution across countries and the GMA team within quality and budget.
