As an Associate Clinical Programmer, you will help develop analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions that support Clinical Data Operations. By working with clinical and operational data, you'll contribute to data pipelines and insights that help teams identify risk, improve efficiency, and support informed decision-making across clinical studies.
You'll collaborate with experienced programmers, analysts, and subject matter experts while building your expertise in clinical research, data analytics, and emerging technologies.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: € 27,900.00 - 51,900.00The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
