The Lash Lounge is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to lead front-desk sales, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding guest service at our busy salon. You will report to the Salon Manager and drive membership sales and retail performance.

The role emphasizes coaching, goal attainment, and a positive, fun work culture, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Previous Membership Sales and Management experience is required.
• Experience with front desk sales, preferably in salon, spa, or membership businesses.
• Exceptional customer service and computer skills.
• MindBody Online experience is a plus.
• College Degree in Business Management or another relatable field is preferred.
• You must be legally eligible to work in the United States with reliable transportation.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Salon Manager for The Lash Lounge in The Lash Lounge.

Founded in Dallas, TX, The Lash Lounge offers a complete menu of services including tinting, threading, perming, and more. We take pride in consistently creating an inviting atmosphere with a focus on an exceptional guest experience.

Who We Want On Our Team

We are looking for an Assistant Salon Manager for our busy The Lash Lounge salon. You will report directly to the Salon Manager, and your focus will be on providing excellent customer service to all our guests and staff, helping to manage our growing team of Front Desk Associates and Stylists, and cultivating a positive and fun work environment. You will be highly focused on sales, managing company goals, and training our staff in selling memberships and retail.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
