Schneider Electric in Navarra, Spain, is seeking a Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineer to define and implement assembly processes for new products, ensuring robust, cost-effective manufacturing solutions. You will collaborate with design teams, suppliers, and plants to industrialize and ready production.

Fluent English is mandatory, and travel within Europe is expected. You will work in a hybrid model with flexible benefits and career development through the Schneider Electric ecosystem,

Formación

  • Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering degree or technical qualification.
  • Knowledge of manual and automated assembly processes.
  • Experience with assembly equipment, workstation design, and industrialization projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Fluent English (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

  • Define manual and automated assembly processes according to product and manufacturing requirements.
  • Support Design teams by providing assembly and manufacturability constraints. Design for manufacturing activities.
  • Prepare technical specifications for assembly equipment and workstations.
  • Participate in supplier evaluation and quotation analysis.
  • Follow assembly equipment design, manufacturing, and validation activities at supplier facilities.
  • Coordinate the implementation of assembly processes and equipment in production plants.
  • Support production start-up and resolve assembly-related issues during ramp-up.
  • Maintain technical documentation and monitor project milestones and deliverables.

Mission
  • Define, develop, validate, and implement assembly processes, ensuring robust, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing solutions for new products.

Skills & Requirements
  • Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering degree, or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Knowledge of manual and automated assembly processes.
  • Experience with assembly equipment, workstation design, and industrialization projects.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Availability to travel mainly within Europe and occasionally outside Europe.
