Europcar Mobility Group is seeking an experienced remote real estate advisor to join our global team. You will act as the bridge between clients and properties, offering expert and personalized guidance through digital channels, identifying needs and guiding through the transaction process from anywhere in the world.

You will work autonomously with strong virtual communication and deep knowledge of the international and Spanish real estate market, managing a remote portfolio and coordinating

Qualifications

• Al menos 6 años de experiencia como asesor inmobiliario o similar.
• Conocimiento sólido del mercado inmobiliario en España y a nivel global.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación virtual y negociación.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y gestionar el tiempo.

Responsabilités

• Proporcionar asesoramiento experto a clientes en compra, venta o inversión.
• Identificar y cualificar prospectos a través de canales online.
• Presentar propiedades acordes a las necesidades del cliente.
• Facilitar negociación y cierre de operaciones.
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias del mercado.
• Gestionar una cartera de clientes en un entorno remoto.
