Job summary

Startups.st busca un/una Asesor/a Técnico/a de Emprendimiento y Startups para apoyar a emprendedores en programas de incubación y aceleración. Tendrá mentoring, realización de talleres y seguimiento para implementar recomendaciones.

Se requiere capacidad de análisis, comunicación y experiencia en entornos híbridos y con proyectos multidisciplinares. Ubicación en Santiago de Compostela, con trabajo presencial y flexibilidad remota.

Qualifications

• Necesaria capacidad analítica para evaluar proyectos y detectar oportunidades de crecimiento.
• Habilidad de comunicar y prestar atención al cliente con claridad y empatía.
• Capacidad de soporte técnico y resolución de incidencias en proyectos.
• Experiencia trabajando con startups, programas de innovación o iniciativas emprendedoras.
• Conocimiento de herramientas digitales y plataformas para colaboración remota y gestión de proyectos.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The Asesor/a Técnico/a de Emprendimiento y Startups will provide hands-on technical and business support to entrepreneurs participating in our programs. On a day-to-day basis, this role will assess startup needs, guide teams through validation and growth processes, and help troubleshoot operational and technical challenges. The role involves communicating with founders, delivering mentoring sessions and workshops, and offering follow-up support to ensure startups can effectively implement recommendations. The position is full time and hybrid, based in Santiago de Compostela, with a combination of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The advisor will also contribute to improving our methodologies, documenting best practices, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the overall ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate startup projects, interpret data, and identify key growth opportunities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with entrepreneurs, explain complex concepts clearly, and build trust-based relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to help teams address technical and operational issues in their projects.
• Experience working with startups, innovation programs, or entrepreneurship initiatives is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Santiago de Compostela, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant academic background in business, engineering, economics, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience in the startup ecosystem.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for remote collaboration, project management, and data analysis.
