Clarivate Analytics busca ingeniero/a de redes para diseñar, implementar y respaldar infraestructuras de red empresariales a nivel global, abarcando LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi y seguridad. Proyecto y gestión de incidencias de extremo a extremo con enfoque en automatización.

Se valorará experiencia en SD-WAN, VPNs y colaboración con equipos globales. Se ofrece entorno ágil y oportunidades de aprendizaje continuo.

Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en ingeniería de redes empresariales.
• Experiencia práctica con al menos 2 de los dispositivos/tecnologías mencionados.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, implementar y mantener infraestructura de red empresarial a través de capas 1‑7.
• Solucionar problemas de red en entornos complejos (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/seguridad/ balanceo de carga).
• Desplegar, configurar y mantener dispositivos de red (hardware/software/conectividad).
• Gestión de incidentes y proyectos de red de extremo a extremo, con alcance y entregables.
• Configurar monitoreo, alertas y escaladas automáticas.
• Participar en guardias y contribuir a estándares y documentación.

In this role you will design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure to keep global sites connected and secure. You will work with a diverse team to scale and harden our data centers, remote offices, and cloud connectivity, tackling complex LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/security/load‑balancing challenges. You will own incidents and projects end‑to‑end and contribute to standards and documentation. This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of networking and security with opportunities to automate and learn continuously.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across layers 1–7
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in complex environments (LAN, WAN, wireless, security, load balancing)
• Deploy, configure, and maintain network devices (hardware, software, connectivity)
• Own network incidents and projects end‑to‑end, including scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Configure monitoring, alerting, and automated escalations
• Participate in on‑call rotations and ensure timely issue resolution
• Contribute to standards, documentation, change management, and mentoring within the team

Requisitos principales

• 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience
• Hands‑on experience with at least 2 of: Cisco switches/routers, A10 load balancers, Palo Alto firewalls (incl. xhfqzwm L7 DPI), Imperva WAF
• Experience with network design and planning for enterprise environments
• Advanced troubleshooting/root‑cause analysis including data capture across LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/security/load‑balancing
• Capacity planning experience (bandwidth analysis, facilities, interdependencies)
• Vendor certifications (Cisco CCNP/CCDP or higher) a plus
• Hands‑on experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, GRE, Route-based, DMVPN)
• Hands on experience with routing, switching, and security
• Hands on experience with SDWAN and Wireless Technologies
