Job summary

Amazon Oviedo is seeking an Early Talent Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team at one of our operational sites. You’ll drive safety, productivity and daily operations to keep pace with demand.

You’ll analyze performance data, implement corrective actions, coordinate with multiple teams, and work with engineers to standardise shift processes. A university degree and fluency in English and the local language are required.

Qualifications

• University degree completed or within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and the local language.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to make sure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels, and business objectives are met across all shifts
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work alongside building and supporting a strong team culture
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes
