dsm-firmenich is seeking an Apprentice Regulatory Affairs Documentation trainee in Barcelona to support the Flavor Documentation team. You will help prepare standard documents and questionnaires for global customers, and learn to navigate regulatory requirements and SOPs within a dynamic, international affiliate.

The role offers a temporary contract, a customized training program, and a flexible schedule while you gain hands-on experience in Regulatory Affairs Documentation and product

Formación

• Recent graduate in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required, additional languages are a plus.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office and IS tools.
• Strong communication, fast-learning and trust-building skills.
• Organized, service- and data-oriented with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork attitude and flexibility to support business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to the Flavor Documentation team.
• Prepare standard documents and basic questionnaires for worldwide customers.
• Follow Standard Operational Procedures.
• Use internal software systems to answer worldwide customer requests.
• Use Microsoft Office for daily work.
