Mallorca Map in Palma is offering an entry-level Refrigeration Technician Assistant role under a dual training and apprenticeship contract, giving you practical on-the-job experience while completing online coursework.

The six-month contract runs full-time with a daily 08:00–15:50 schedule and a gross annual salary of €925. No prior experience is required, and you must be eligible to sign an apprenticeship contract in Spain, with Spanish fluency needed to follow training.

Formación

• Spanish fluency to follow online training modules and daily practical work.
• No prior experience required.
• Eligible to sign an apprenticeship contract in Spain.
• Certificate of primary education (certificat d'estudis primaris) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Accompany the senior refrigeration technician to learn the trade step by step in daily operations.
• Assist with practical installation, assembly, and maintenance tasks for refrigeration equipment.
• Combine practical workplace tasks with online coursework on the dedicated learning platform.
• Participate in full-time hours divided into 26 hours of practical work and 13 hours of online training per week.
• Support daily job preparation, equipment handling, and safety routines.
