MindMatch en Alcobendas busca un Application Developer & Automation Engineer (Nivel 2) para impulsar la transformación digital en clientes EMEA. Desarrollarás, automatizarás y darás soporte a aplicaciones internas y a la infraestructura de datos.

Trabajarás con equipos en España para entregar soluciones con .NET, C#, SQL Server, Azure, Python, Power BI y Power Automate, logrando resultados de alto impacto para la organización.

Formación

• Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, IT u afín.
• Experiencia demostrable en desarrollo .NET Framework y C#.
• Sólidos conocimientos de SQL Server y desarrollo de consultas.
• Experiencia con infraestructura de Azure (VMs, Key Vault, IIS, Azure SQL).
• Script en Python con Pandas para ETL y automatización.
• Capacidad para crear informes y paneles en Power BI.
• Experiencia con Power Automate en el ecosistema Microsoft.
• Fluido en español e inglés (lectura/escritura).
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente.
• Experiencia en roles que combinen soporte y desarrollo.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar, mantener y mejorar aplicaciones internas en .NET/C#.
• Gestionar bases de datos SQL Server y asegurar rendimiento de datos.
• Administrar infraestructura Azure (VMs, Key Vault, IIS, Azure SQL).
• Mantener scripts ETL en Python con Pandas.
• Diseñar, desarrollar y automatizar informes y dashboards en Power BI.
• Desarrollar automatizaciones con Power Automate en el ecosistema Microsoft.
• Proporcionar soporte básico a usuarios internos de herramientas.
• Documentar trabajos técnicos con Confluence y Jira.
• Solucionar incidencias y aplicar mejoras en las apps.
• Colaborar con equipos del cliente como punto técnico principal.
• Aplicar IA para automatización y soluciones de datos.

Overview of the Role

As an Application Developer & Automation Engineer (Level 2) at HCLTech, you will play a vital role in driving digital transformation initiatives for our EMEA clients. This hands-on position is focused on the development, automation, and support of internal applications and data infrastructure, directly impacting operational efficiency and business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with customer teams in Spain, ensuring seamless delivery and support of critical technology solutions.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance an internal application built on the .NET Framework using C#.
• Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Administer and support Azure infrastructure, including Virtual Machines, Key Vault, IIS-hosted applications, and Azure SQL databases.
• Maintain and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) scripts developed in Python, leveraging the Pandas library for advanced data processing.
• Design, develop, and automate Power BI reports and dashboards, including the refreshing and publication processes.
• Develop and maintain process automations using Power Automate, integrating with the Microsoft ecosystem (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
• Provide basic user support and guidance for internal tools, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation using tools like Confluence and Jira.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, perform bug fixing, and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with customer teams in a customer-facing role, operating independently as the primary technical point of contact.
• Apply and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies as part of evolving automation and data solutions.

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in .NET Framework and C# application development and maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including database management and SQL query development.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure (VMs, Key Vault, IIS, SQL DB).
• Advanced Python scripting skills for ETL and automation, with practical knowledge of the Pandas library.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Power Automate for process automation within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated experience in blended roles encompassing both support and development.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power Apps development and integration.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and infrastructure management.
• Exposure to Azure Dev/Test/Prod environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting business-critical internal tools.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and their practical application in automation or analytics.
