Chubb is seeking an APAC Vendor Management Analyst to support the execution of our regional Vendor Management strategy across APAC. You will collaborate with the APAC Vendor Manager and Lead to strengthen governance, enhance reporting, and contribute to vendor performance across the region.

This role involves data analysis, due diligence support, and the creation of dashboards and training materials to empower stakeholders.

Formación

  • 3+ years of procurement or vendor performance management experience across multiple categories.
  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience managing vendor performance programs with SLAs, KPIs, and scorecards.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data visualization tools like QlikSense/Power BI preferred.

Chubb is seeking an APAC Vendor Management Analyst to support the execution of our regional Vendor Management strategy across APAC.

In this role, you will work closely with the APAC Vendor Manager and APAC Vendor Management Lead to help strengthen governance, enhance reporting and analytics, support due diligence activities, and contribute to vendor performance management across the region. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and helping drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, regional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the analysis of internal and external data to help inform business decisions and drive corrective actions.
  • Assist with due diligence processes across multiple vendor categories and jurisdictions.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date claims vendor register.
  • Support data uploads to keep vendor management dashboards and tools current.
  • Develop Excel reports and professional PowerPoint presentations to support the regional Vendor Management Performance Program.
  • Assist regional, country, and external stakeholders in using vendor management tools.
  • Create user guides and training documentation to support platform adoption.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and support risk mitigation.
  • Contribute to key regional vendor management initiatives.
  • Support the wider COG Vendor Management team through conference calls across time zones when required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement or Claims Vendor Performance Management across multiple vendor categories preferred.
  • Strong analytical and solution‑oriented skills.
  • Proven experience managing vendor performance programs using SLAs, KPIs, and Balanced Scorecards.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with QlikSense dashboards and Power BI is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and with a clear focus on delivery.
  • A proactive, self‑motivated, and adaptable mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
