We're seeking an experienced Ancillaries Senior Business Analyst to join our Ancillaries team in Barcelona. You will play a pivotal role in the transformation of the company and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of team members who share your passion for using data to drive business outcomes. We are looking for data analysts for different areas such as Revenue Management and Pricing, Competition Insights, People and Prime.

What you will do
The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Responsible for execution of key analysis, being the data entry point for the business team and including taking ownership of the database from the business side.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify key metrics and develop dashboards that provide insights.
- Analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
- Understand the business needs and elaborate business cases to support strategic product decisions.
- Contribute to the delivery of the key internal projects, giving support from the business side to ensure progress and effective delivery of the desired outcomes.
- Work together with different teams in the execution of the projects, giving support from the analytical and business side.
- Master the internal Business Intelligence tools to contribute to the monitoring and tracking of our business KPIs. Work with data engineering and data science teams to be able to leverage all our internal data.
What you need to succeed
Good to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering Economics, etc.)
- Experience in a role with a strong analytical component.
- Strong knowledge of SQL & Python, as well as experience in working with databases and large sets of data; and experience with Looker studio will be highly valued.
- Advanced Office skills. Strong experience with analytical tools, ideally with the Google toolset (spreadsheets, google docs, etc).
- Strong analytical skills, fast‑learner, with high attention to detail and focused on results and productivity.
- A self‑starter and team player, who also enjoys having fun!
- Business Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI‑powered assistants.
- Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI‑driven solutions into workflows.
- AI‑Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
- Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
