Cobee by Pluxee Data Product Team is seeking an Analyst Engineer to embed in a product domain and build the transformation layer between raw data and business consumption. You will turn Bronze data into a reliable Silver layer, applying software-like discipline to data models and ensuring their reliability for downstream teams.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, coordinate with Central Data Engineers on upstream changes, and participate in the Data Council to maintain standards as Cobee’s

Formación

• Strong SQL skills with advanced features like window functions and CTEs.
• Hands-on experience with dbt including modeling, testing, and documentation.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, dimensional modeling, and schema design.
• Experience with a modern software engineering workflow: Git, PRs, CI/CD for data, treating dbt as production code.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain production-grade data models following best practices and standards.
• Design stable, well-structured data schemas with clear naming, granularity, and business logic.
• Implement automated data quality controls, including tests and validations.
• Monitor data reliability and address quality, freshness, and performance issues.
• Manage data model evolution with versioning and clear downstream communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business needs.
• Contribute to data governance initiatives and share knowledge across teams.
