We are looking for Analysts and Consultants fluent in Spanish + English + an additional European language (Portuguese, Italian, French or German). What you will do

• Rapidly frame and understand each client's strategic context, challenges and needs
• Form hypotheses, structure analyses, identify insights and synthesize recommendations with clarity and rigor
• Deliver high‑quality, pragmatic solutions that are truly tailored to each client's needs and create measurable impact
• Craft clear, compelling narratives and communicate them effectively to clients

What We Expect (your Qualifications)

• Master's degree and an excellent academic record from a top‑tier university (Business, Economics, Engineering or similar)
• For Analyst roles: previous internships in strategy or business consulting are a strong plus
• For Consultant roles: 2‑3 years of experience in strategy or business consulting, with responsibility for workstream ownership and client interaction
• Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to structure and synthesize complex information effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, English and at least an additional European language (Portuguese, Italian, French or German)
• Ability to work collaboratively and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
• High levels of ownership, commitment and drive
• Ethics, judgment and integrity as core values
• Comfortable traveling and working away from home
