IFF is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join its Global Treasury team in Asturias. You will support cash management, banking operations, liquidity monitoring, FX transactions, and financial risk management while collaborating with internal partners and banking partners.

The role offers exposure to global treasury processes in a dynamic international environment and opportunities for process improvement and advancement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related field.
• Experience in finance, treasury, banking, or accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and drive process improvements.
• Experience with treasury systems (Quantum, Finastra, 360T, SWIFT) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day Global Treasury operations across the region.
• Manage banking documentation including KYC, account openings/closures.
• Maintain banking portal access and security controls.
• Perform daily cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and cash forecasting.
• Support treasury reconciliations and settlement of payments and FX transactions.
• Assist with treasury systems and interfaces.
• Support In-House Bank operations and audits.
• Participate in treasury projects and automation initiatives.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Global Treasury team in Asturias. In this role, you will support key treasury activities, including cash management, banking operations, liquidity monitoring, foreign exchange transactions, and financial risk management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and banking partners to help ensure efficient treasury operations, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the company's financial stability and growth. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to global treasury processes, financial markets, and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic international environment.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Support the day-to-day operations of Global Treasury across the region, ensuring efficient and compliant treasury processes.
• Manage banking documentation, including account openings, closures, KYC activities, guarantees, and related agreements.
• Maintain banking portal access, user administration, and security controls while driving process improvements.
• Perform daily cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and cash forecasting activities.
• Support treasury transaction reconciliations and settlement of payments, foreign exchange transactions, and other financial instruments.
• Help manage treasury systems, including Quantum, Finastra, 360T, SWIFT, and related accounting interfaces.
• Support In-House Bank operations and contribute to internal and external audit requirements.
• Participate in treasury projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
