A global investment bank is seeking an Analyst for Trade Receivables Securitisation in Boadilla del Monte, Spain. This role involves structuring and executing securitisations of trade receivables and supporting business origination across various countries. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in trade receivables products and hold relevant degrees in Economics, Finance, or related fields. English proficiency is required, with Spanish knowledge being preferred. A hybrid working model is available.

Formación

  • 1-2 years experience in trade receivables or related products.

As a Analyst, being part of the Global Team, you will be Structuring and Executing securitisations of trade receivables transactions globally

We need someone like you to help us on different fronts:

  • Structuring and execution of securitisations of trade receivables deals across all geographies with focus on diversified portfolio of trade receivables using different mechanisms and models to mitigate portfolio risk.
  • Due diligence on underlying portfolios
  • Business origination: assist in the origination of transactions across different countries.
  • Support with the approval process with risk department, review of the legal documentation and communication with brokers and insurance companies.
  • Syndication of trade finance assets to buy-side investors

Professional Experience
  • Experience (1-2 years) in trade receivables or other trade finance products (Payables/ ECA/ Documentary Trade/ Inventory) (Preferred).
Education
  • Economics, Law, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or other related degrees (Required)
Languages
  • English. (Required)
  • Knowledge of Spanish and a third language will be positively valued. (Preferred).
Hard Skills
  • Knowledge of trade receivables products, basic accounting standards (Required).
  • Familiarity with Rating agency methodologies for the Trade receivables (Required),
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (including cash flow modeling and data analysis) (Required).
  • Familiarity with EU banking regulation (Required).
  • High motivation, proactivity, and accomplished business origination skills (Required).
