Bally’s Interactive in Ceuta, Spain, is seeking an AML Analyst for a hybrid role based in the Ceuta office three days a week. You will monitor, analyze, and investigate activities to ensure AML compliance and work with regulators.

You'll review case files, support MLRO, and collaborate with Tax Authorities, with strong emphasis on accuracy, risk assessment, and clear reporting.

Formación

• Experience with AML compliance and applicable laws.

Responsabilidades

• Review and sign off on case files per MLRO guidelines.
• Conduct periodic reviews of PEP and HRO customers.
• Attend to and review iSARS cases daily.
• Support the MLRO in AML Compliance Monitoring Programme.
• Support the MLRO in responding to queries from Tax Authorities and other Administrative Bodies.
• Prepare and maintain AML Committee meeting minutes.

As our Anti Money Laundering Analyst you will be monitoring, analysis, and investigation of activities and transactions to ensure compliance with applicable AML regulations. work closely with key areas of the business, as well as with the regulator.

So, what will you be doing?

• Reviewing and signing off on case files in accordance with MLRO guidelines
• Conduct periodic reviews of PEP and HRO customers
• Attend to and review iSARS cases on a daily basis
• Support the MLRO in the AML Compliance Monitoring Programme
• Support the MLRO in responding to queries from Tax Authorities and other Administrative Bodies
• Prepare and maintain AML Committee meeting minutes

And what will you need?

• Experience with Compliance aligning with AML regulations and applicable laws.
• Analytical skills for reviewing and investigating cases and transactions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Risk management and due diligence of high-risk customers (PEP/HRO).

Skills & Behaviours

• Previous experience in gambling/iGaming and AML is highly desirable
• Common sense and practical judgment in handling sensitive information and complex cases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (medium-high), Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to review and investigate cases and transactions effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (strong) and English (medium); well-spoken and enthusiastic.
