TD SYNNEX in Barcelona, Spain is seeking a proactive Data Analyst to manage reporting pipelines, analytics and automation across our European digital transformation unit supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

You will own end‑to‑end dashboards, ensure data quality, automate reporting, work with data engineers and stakeholders, and translate requests into concrete analytics solutions using Python, Snowflake, SQL and Power BI.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst, BI Analyst or Analytics role.
• Experience with Python for data processing and automation.
• Strong SQL and data modeling basics.
• Experience with Power BI and DAX.
• Excellent English communication.

About the roleWe are looking for a switched‑on Data Analyst to manage and evolve our reporting pipelines, analytics and automation workflows across European digital transformation unit supporting sales and marketing programs.It combines designing, building, and maintaining end‑to‑end data pipelines ensuring high‑quality, standardized and scalable reporting for the business.This role has a strong focus on reporting ownership, automation and data quality, while working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure data is translated into reliable insight and effective decision‑making.You approach business and technical issues with flexibility and rigor.You are comfortable owning reporting end‑to‑end, including recurring deliverables, data validation, fixing issues, and improving existing dashboards — not just designing new ones.You are comfortable working close to the business, translating requests into concrete analytical solutions, even when requirements are incomplete at first.

Key responsibilities

Reporting and Analytics foundationsEnd‑to‑end ownership of reporting frameworks and data pipelinesEnabling consistent, decision‑ready reporting across the European business through automated reporting and ad‑hoc analysis.Ensure a high level of data quality, consistency and reliability across all reports.Automation and process improvementIdentify opportunities to streamline, automate and optimize analytics and data processes.Define and document data pipelines, dependencies and sources.Coordinate with IT and Data Platform teams on the implementation of automation and enhancements.Business Partnership & EnablementWork closely with business stakeholders translate business objectives into clear analytical requirements and reporting specifications.Support digital transformation initiatives by providing trusted data and analytics foundations.Reporting & AnalysisSupport insight generation related to customer behavior and business performance, in collaboration with advanced analytics or specialist teams where relevant.Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of dashboards and reportingPerform structured and ad‑hoc analysis to support business questions and priorities.AI-Enhanced AnalyticsExplore opportunities to leverage Generative AI to, automate reporting narratives and insights generation, improve data, accelerate development of data pipelines.

Experience, skills & profile

Required experienceProven experience in a Business Data Analyst, BI Analyst or Analytics role.Proven ability to collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Analysts to build infrastructure.Comfortable with Python for data processing, scripting and automation.Experience working with Cloud Data Warehouse (ideally Snowflake)Advanced SQL skills (Data modeling basics, complex joins and transformations, query optimization)Hands‑on experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI and DAX.Comfortable working in a multicultural, cross‑functional environment as a team playerProfessional written and spoken English is required.EU citizenship or valid work permit required.

Working Conditions
