Take the next step in your career with us as an IT Project Manager (all genders). The Project Manager in Corporate IT is responsible for managing strategic IT projects and overseeing the project portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Budenheim comprises various plants in Spain and Mexico, among others. With around 1,200 employees, we have been producing specialty products and phosphates in the materials and life sciences sector for more than 100 years.

Responsibilities :

• You lead and manage strategic IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• You coordinate across teams, ensuring collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• You oversee the IT project portfolio, prioritizing projects based on strategic objectives and resource availability.
• You serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management.
• You identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success and develop mitigation strategies.
• You develop and execute plans, including communication, training, and support strategies.

Qualifications :

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, International Management, Business Informatics, or have a comparable qualification.
• You have relevant experience leading projects in a technical environment.
• You are able to speak and write English fluently.
