This role focuses on improving equipment reliability and includes responsibilities for implementing maintenance strategies, managing databases, and providing leadership to plant maintenance teams. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, and knowledge of SQL and MS tools is required.
