Job Description

Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain?

AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover I 2026 / 2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.

The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

Selection Process

• The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.

Internship Details

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with

• an 11 month internship at Airbus
• in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h / week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description

Tasks to be carried out :

• Generate and program dashboards from definition to programming if needed (Gamini, SAP...)
• Costs Management
• Planning Management and creation.
• Meetings delegation and support.
• VSM Team activities.
• Costs Improvement.

Required Skills

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience :

• Engineering degree - Recently graduates
• English : negotiation level
• Spanish : negotiation level.
• Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in complex and international environments.
