Job summary

CHAMP Cargosystems is seeking a Delivery Business Analyst in Spain to identify customer issues, document needs, and translate them into CHAMP solutions. You will validate requirements, manage change requests, and build a feasible, costed solution position for Sales and Delivery teams.

The role requires strong communication, business analysis experience in air cargo processes, and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to define designs and documentation for successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Business or Engineering.
• +5 years’ experience in business analysis, including experience of building user cases.
• Demonstrable subject matter expertise in air cargo operational processes, including but not limited to booking and capacity, export and import handling, documentation and customs, rating and billing, or revenue accounting.
• Participation in all phases of at least one full software implementation lifecycle for an external customer, from requirements through to go-live.
• Experience producing functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary interface for salespersons to support customers’ engagements on technical & commercial matters.
• Analyze and document customer requirements and business process.
• Work with customers to understand their business models and develop sound solution design to meet their requirements.
• Provide customers with up-to-date information on CHAMP products, enhancements, and new solutions.
• Support the technical qualification of customers’ communication and data exchange needs.
