Allianz Technology in Spain seeks an AI Transformation Lead to design and deliver AI initiatives that accelerate outcomes and efficiency. You will build and manage the transformation portfolio and ensure responsible AI practices across platforms.

You will drive adoption through change programs, collaborate with Security, Legal, and Data teams, and partner with Finance and People & Culture to bolster business cases and governance.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Data/Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; master's preferred.
• 6+ years delivering AI/ML or digital transformation at scale with measurable value realization.
• Expertise in GenAI/LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and MLOps; production monitoring and governance.
• Experience implementing security, privacy, and Responsible AI controls in regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication; strong influence in matrix organizations.
• Proficient in cloud and integration (Azure/AWS/GCP), vector databases, APIs, CI/CD.
• Machine learning knowledge is a strong advantage.

• Lead end-to-end AI delivery from exploration to production and scale.
• Establish governance with Security, Legal, Compliance, and Data for privacy and regulatory alignment.
• Build and evolve AI platform capabilities (GenAI/LLMs, RAG, MLOps) with Engineering teams.
• Define KPIs/OKRs and provide executive-ready reporting.
• Orchestrate adoption programs—communications, training, champions network.
• Manage vendors/partners, SLAs, and total cost to maximize value realization.
• Collaborate with Finance and People & Culture on business cases and governance.

As the AI Transformation Lead at Allianz Technology in Spain, you will lead the design and delivery of AI initiatives that accelerate business outcomes and operational efficiency. You will build and manage the AI transformation portfolio, ensure strong governance and responsible AI practices, and integrate AI capabilities into workplace and business platforms. You will drive adoption and measurable value realization through structured change management, training, and enablement.

What you do

• Convert strategic priorities into a prioritized AI use-case portfolio and delivery roadmap with clear value targets. Lead end-to-end implementation from exploration and prototyping to production and scale; ensure integration with core platforms and processes.
• Operate responsible AI governance with Security, Legal, Compliance, and Data for privacy, safety, and regulatory alignment.
• Build and evolve AI platform capabilities (GenAI/LLMs, RAG, MLOps, monitoring) with Engineering and Platform teams.
• Establish KPIs/OKRs, quantify benefits (time saved, quality, satisfaction), and provide executive-ready reporting.
• Orchestrate adoption programs—communications, training, playbooks, champions network—to secure sustainable change.
• Manage vendors/partners, SLAs, and total cost to maximize value realization and operational continuity.
• Collaborate with Finance and People & Culture on business cases and capability uplift; ensure resilience and compliance in operations.

What you bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Data/Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline; master’s preferred.
• 6+ years delivering AI/ML or digital transformation at scale with proven value realization.
• Expertise in GenAI/LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and MLOps/ModelOps; experience with production monitoring and governance.
• Demonstrated ability to implement security, privacy, and Responsible AI controls in regulated environments; familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, and EU AI Act readiness is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication; strong influence in matrix organizations to align technology and business outcomes.
• Practical experience with cloud and integration (Azure/AWS/GCP, vector databases, APIs, CI/CD).
• Machine learnin knowledge is a strong advantage.
