Job summary

EWOR GmbH invites ambitious entrepreneurs to join a startup fellowship where you own, build, and run your own company with direct employment and extensive backing. You will be guided by serial founders and have access to a global network of top investors and peers.

You will receive a salary during the build, optional funding up to €500k, weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, and support to reach multi-million euro funding rounds within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Willing to take full ownership and scale a startup to €100M+ revenues.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in AI or related fields.
• Embark on a personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
• Receive hiring support from EWOR's network of 50,000+ professionals and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for multi-million funding.
• Iterate your product to reach product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine.
