Madbox is seeking an experienced AI Product Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-powered products and systems used by our teams daily. This hands-on role includes managing an AI-enabled web development team and reporting to the CTO, working with Game Tech, Data, Product and Web teams.

You will own AI platform initiatives, architect scalable solutions, and drive adoption across departments while maintaining governance and security standards to ensure sustainable growth and innovation within

• 5+ years strong software engineering background with production systems experience.
• Proven experience with modern AI technologies and LLM integrations.

We are looking for a hands‑on AI Product Engineer who can design, build, and scale AI‑powered products and systems that teams use every day. This role combines software engineering, product thinking, technical leadership, and cross-team collaboration to accelerate how we build games and operate as a company. It also includes direct management of a web developer focused on AI‑enabled internal tools.

This role reports directly to the CTO and involves close daily collaboration with many stakeholders including teams of Game Tech, Data, Product and Web.

Your future responsibilities and scope:

• Lead the design and implementation of AI‑powered systems across the company
• Build and maintain internal AI platforms, assistants, and automation tools
• Integrate LLMs and AI capabilities into internal workflows and products
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Product, and Operations teams to identify high‑impact AI opportunities
• Drive AI adoption and best practices across teams
• Develop scalable AI architectures, APIs, and orchestration systems
• Improve developer productivity through AI‑assisted workflows and tooling
• Define governance, reliability, and security standards for AI systems
• Own AI platform cost management, usage monitoring, and pricing strategy to ensure scalable and sustainable adoption
• Stay up to date with the AI ecosystem and continuously evaluate new tools, models, and approaches

The profile we are looking for:

• 5+ years strong software engineering background with experience building production systems
• Proven experience working with modern AI technologies and LLM integrations
• Hands‑on experience with AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and RAG systems
• Strong understanding of APIs, backend architectures, and scalable services
• Experience integrating AI features into real products or internal platforms
